We believe that every local student deserves the chance to see their brightest dreams take flight. By establishing dedicated scholarship funds, we work to open doors that once seemed locked and alleviate the heavy burden of financial stress that often shadows the pursuit of higher learning. Whether it is university, vocational training, or specialized skill development, our mission is to ensure that monetary barriers never stand in the way of ambition. When we invest in these scholars, we are helping our youth gain the education they need to thrive while remaining deeply rooted in the heart of our community, ensuring a vibrant and prosperous future for us all.

M. Isabel (Richardson) Millage, Ward Shellington, Charles and Diann Millage Youth Fund
The M. Isabel (Richardson) Millage, Ward Shellington, Charles and Diann Millage Youth Fund supports students and youth in our community, particularly those for whom support may reduce barriers to success and be pivotal in increasing their sense of belonging and peer relationships, ultimately equipping them for greater opportunity in their lives. At inception, the intention is to fund a scholarship for such a deserving student in our community, enabling their post-secondary education.
Wellington North Youth Fund
The fund is primarily focused on supporting charitable activities with a significant positive impact on the quality of life for youth in the Township of Wellington North.
Russel Cox and Family Fund
Russel Cox and his family have employed many people from Wellington County over the years. Through these relationships, they saw how supporting children and families facing challenges can make a real difference to long‑term well‑being and opportunity.
Food insecurity is one of the biggest barriers for children, limiting their ability to benefit from education and other opportunities. Knowing how precious every child is, and grateful for the support of a caring community, Russel created this endowment to help improve the lives of children in Wellington County.
The Russel Cox and Family Fund supports children, youth and their families, with a strong focus on food security. It can also help address other family needs that benefit children and youth. Grants are made within Wellington County, where the Centre Wellington Community Foundation has deep community knowledge and relationships to ensure maximum impact.
